I've been a State Farm agent for 16 years and currently lead a team of eight across two offices. With more than 27 years of experience at State Farm, I've built my career around developing great teams and helping customers protect what matters most. I studied Economics at St. Cloud State University and have served on several local nonprofit boards throughout my career.

Building relationships both inside and outside the office is important to me. We enjoy giving back to our community, and I believe creating a positive, supportive environment is just as important as delivering excellent service to our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mick Quinn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
